WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE BARN?

The barn can accommodate 250+ guests.

IS THE BARN HEATED/COOLED?

Yes! being from Middle Georgia, we know the struggle of a hot summer and mild winters.  We decided that this should not hinder people from having a fabulous wedding!  Our entire indoor facility is heated and cooled so no matter what the weather has in store, your day will be as INCREDIBLE as you!

HOW MANY CHAIRS DO YOU HAVE?

We have a total of 400 chairs. 200 chairs are reserved for the inside and the remaining 200 are for outdoor ceremonies and festivities.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLECLOTHS or LINENS?

We do not provide tablecloths/linens. However, we are more than happy to recommend local vendors to provide these services. There are several websites on the internet where you can purchase linens with the plan to resell after your big day.

WHAT KIND OF TABLES DO YOU HAVE?

We have twenty-five 60 inch round tables, three 48 inch round tables, eight 8 foot rectangular tables and four 6 foot rectangular tables.

CAN WE USE CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, ECT?

No, we do not allow the use of silly string, confetti, or other similar materials. Clean up of this is very time consuming. Please be respectful of the next event so the grounds remain unmarred. Sparklers are allowed outside of the venue.

CAN WE HANG DECORATIONS ON THE WALL?

We only allow decorations to be hung with command strips. No nails, staples, glue, or other materials that will damage or alter the barn are allowed.

CAN WE LEAVE CARS IN THE PARKING LOT OVERNIGHT?

Yes, cars may be left overnight. Please notify the staff prior to leaving for the evening.

CAN WE DO A PHOTO SHOOT AT THE FARM?

Yes, access to the farm for engagement, save the date, and bridal portraits are available during our open house.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the barn.

CAN WE USE CANDLES?

No open flames are allowed. However, candles contained in a glass container or votive are permitted.

CAN WE USE OUTSIDE CATERERS?

Yes, you can use a caterer of your choice. If you need help finding a caterer, we have a list of preferred caterers.

DO YOU SET-UP/TAKE DOWN TABLES AND CHAIRS?

Yes, we can do this for an additional fee. If this is something you would like to consider, please let us know.

IS THERE ENOUGH SPACE FOR PARKING?

Yes, we have plenty of space to park in our unpaved lot. There are a handful of spots in the paved lot behind the barn for vendors and those needing wheelchair assistance. A parking attendant can be provided to help direct flow of traffic.

Are dogs allowed?

We understand that pets are a huge part of our lives. We would love for them to be part of your big day! However, please be sure to have them leashed or crated at all times. We also ask that you designate someone to be in charge of them through out the day and pick up after them!
